Immaculate Heart of Mary School is an apostolate of the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
Located on the Monastery grounds, next to IHM Chapel, the school accommodates 135 students grades 1 through 12,. Although the school building is small, besides the necessary classrooms, it also contains a science lab, computer lab and library. The Elementary grades are taught by the Sisters in an acedemic setting where Faith comes first and is intergrated in all subjects. The students are also prepared for the reception of the sacraments during these grades.
The Junior High and High School are taught by Brothers and Sisters and lay teachers, each specializing in their field. Extracurricular activities offer a rounded experience of life to students and include: IHM Marching Band, Basketball and Baseball teams, Pro-Life League, and National Honor Society.
Every school day begins with the Latin Tridentine Mass, and throughout the day religion is incorporated into the curriculum, making the focus of life God-centered, forming consciences and knowledge at the same time.
Every High School boy is trained to be an altar server and High School Girls are encouraged to join IHM Sodality dedicated to Virgo Fidelis.
